These Terms of Use apply to your use of gopherrally.com (the “website”), operated by Gopher Rally Company (Gopher Rally Co.; “Gopher Rally”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Taiwan and part of the Gopher Golf group. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Business use
The website presents our products and manufacturing services to businesses, such as brands, retailers, distributors and clubs. We do not sell products to consumers through the website.
2. Product information
We aim to keep product descriptions, specifications, colors, images, MOQs, sampling times and other details on the website accurate. They are provided for general information only and may change without notice. Colors on screen may differ from the actual product, and images may show samples or illustrations that do not represent customer artwork. The details confirmed in your quotation, approved sample or order confirmation take priority over anything on the website.
3. Quotations and orders
Nothing on the website is an offer to sell. Submitting an inquiry or catalog request does not create a contract. Prices, quantities, lead times, payment and delivery terms are agreed separately in a written quotation or order confirmation, which is governed by its own terms.
4. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, photographs, product designs, graphics, the Gopher Rally name, logos and the GR monogram, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute the content, or use our trademarks, without our written permission.
5. Logos and artwork you send us
When you send us logos, artwork, designs or specifications, you confirm that you own them or have the right to use them, and that producing them for you will not infringe anyone else’s rights. You keep ownership of your materials. You allow us to use them only to prepare quotations, samples and products for you. We will not use them for any other purpose without your permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website. This includes trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, sending false or misleading information through our forms, or collecting data from the website by automated means.
