Our MOQ is flexible. We ship by the carton, so if an item doesn’t reach its MOQ, we can often arrange it. Mixing colors is possible on certain products, depending on your total order. Tell us what you need and we’ll confirm the options with your quote.
How do I get a price?
We’re happy to put together a quote for you. Pricing depends on the product, quantity and any customization, so send us a short note with what you have in mind. We’ll prepare a quote that works for your order, whether it’s a first small run or something bigger.
How long does sampling take?
We move quickly on samples. Timing depends on the product and our production schedule, and we’ll confirm it with your quote.
What is the production lead time?
Production usually takes about 30–45 days once your order details are confirmed, depending on the product and quantity. We confirm the exact timing with your quotation.
Can you put our logo on your in-line products?
Yes. With private label, your logo goes on the product, packaging or hang tags. Most product lines also offer custom colors.
We don’t have a design yet. Can you help?
Yes. Design support is available, from adapting your artwork to developing a full concept.
Are your products certified?
Our PRO 40 pickleball and COURTE PRO paddle are USA Pickleball approved, and we can assist with paddle and ball submission for approval.
Which markets do you ship to?
We supply brands, retailers and distributors across Europe and North America. We can ship EXW (collected from our factory) or FOB (delivered to the port in China), and we’ll confirm the best option with your quote.
